The idea was originally to get rid of HT eventually.  But I think that will
never happen, the HT is better/faster for some cases and the OSet is
better/faster in others.  As for which is better for the ExeContexts, that
would require experimentation to determine.  If you're interested, you could
try it :)  (But please file a separate bug report if you do.)
