updated patch for svn r933301

See above. Still needs stats correction.

Updated to work with changes to UI. It does not change anything visible except
to the user except renaming the current Pause function to Suspend and adding
Pause/Unpause and Pause All/Unpause All functions to the "Configure Toolbar"
window.
