Taking an attachment from a mail, in kmail, and saving it in a local dir (via
drag and drop or via context menu) will result in the following permissions:

Is there a possibilty to assign by default rw permissions for the user?

This small problem is a blocker for people used to windows.
I remember this problem existed already with opensuse 10.3 and kde3
