both, RSSNOW and the NEWS plasmoid are using the same type of dialoge to add
new rss-feeds. they are able to refresh theri selfes and to show the new
content. but after closing and openening them all added rss feeds are away.

bug is there since kde 4.x.x releases. i think there is no config-file.
