since kde 4.1.2 one can not delete hot-key combinations added to the
hotkey-systemsettings module in opensuse 11. maybe its a distribution bug, but
i dont think so (i am programmer and this is not a kind of dist. bugs). there
was an unconfirmed bug report for kde 4.1.2 too, but i am using kde 4.2 and
this bug is still there. 

i was able to add a hotkey for making screenshots, but i can not delete an
empty hotkey index ):
