PEBKAC - Apparently when I thought the feature was missing, the indentation
scheme (in Tools > Indentation) was set to none, so of course it didn't fix the
code indenting.  One thing of note, if you use vi style selection and select
'Align' from the tools menu, only the line containing cursor is affected, but
if you use '=' it works correctly.
