Summary: kui plasmoids' continuous spamming of examining messages
           Product: plasma
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: plasma-bugs@kde.org
        ReportedBy: txfurtado@gmail.com

Version: (using Devel)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

another day, another notification bug...

Basically what happened is that I copied a file to a remote machine via fish.
Then I started getting a continuous stream of examining messages (I say
continuous be 'cause the notifications kept jumping about and flashing as if a
new entry was added).

Then the file completed and that plasmoid disappeared. The examining ones
remained with similar behaviour outlined in the above paragraph. The only way
to stop them was to restart plasma whereupon they showed up again but weren't
being updated (plus there was a cross to close instead of just a stop sign).

This only occurs local->remote.
