I can confirm this with konqueror from trunk, although in my case, I do get a
message. In this linuxjournal.com page, if you try to hit ctrl++ or ctrl+-, it
pops up an information message saying that the shortcut is ambiguous and it
doesn't do anything. However, it works with other pages, like here in bugzilla.
