I made another Directory resource to /var filesystem and did same 
tests again, now it works without duplicating visible entries.

My first dir was on NFS $HOME where the problem appeared.

# mount |grep home
server:/srv/home on /home type nfs (rw,addr=172.16.1.1)

server is centos5.
