The measure line bug should be a low hanging fruit: the bug got introduced by
Ingwa when he introduced the Mercator projection. He commented out a paragraph
in the code and didn't enable it later on. I think it should be possible to
just fix this bug by removing the commented paragraph and by testing.

Fixing this bug however would only be useful for Marble 0.6.x .
For Marble 0.7 the class will get fully rewritten.
