I guess the proper way of doing this w/o the expense of explicit :before/:after
would be to manually add in these properties when the pseudo exits in
styleForElement and where there isn't already a CSS_PROP_WHITE_SPACE with
higher specificity. What's a good/clean way to compute proper priority value
for pure :before/:after?
