I'm not sure if this is a bug in kdelibs or in the applications that use this
widget.

When I right-click the toolbar in Okular or KWrite, configure it and then Apply
the changes, the toolbar is hidden and I have to enable it again using the
appropriate menu option in each application.

The toolbar remains OK in Gwenview, and JuK hides and shows its toolbar once or
twice before keeping it shown.
