Version 3.1.0 Using KDE 4.1.00 (KDE 4.1.0) (KDEmod) in ArchLinux i686:

I can partially reproduce this bug:

Collapsing "def InstallWine(self):" (line 304) will hide the all file below instead \
of hiding only that function (there are a lot of unrelated functions below). The same \
fot collapsing "class DrivesPage(QWidget):" (line 509)

It didn't observe collapse arrows in blank lines or misplaced ones
