QuickOpen works across all projects and even allows to directly open included files \
(i.e. all that are #included in your project sources). 

So I just checked wether its technically possible: Its not, we can't access the \
places model inside the filedialog, so this is a can't fix until somebody exposes the \
places model inside the KFileDialog/KFileWidget. Please re-open when that has \
happened.
