When the Properties dialog is opened (right-click icon, select Properties), most of \
Plasma is disabled (also graying it out in composited kwin, which looks kind of \
weird).

To be consistent Dolphin, and to avoid disabling much of the user's desktop, the \
dialog should probably be made non-modal.
