Notebooks are deliberately purely containers of pages, just like your paper notepad is. I don't think it makes sense for books to have text content directly as books do, and as knowit pages allow.

Any ideas you have are welcome though, and if we discuss them in private mail we might be able to fill some solid wishlist items that way.
