When KMail is used with an IMAP account having an INBOX with many messages (880 in \
this case), when fetching new messages, KMail hangs. The progress bar remains at 0%.

Expected Behaviour:

 KMail should download the mail headers and display new messages.

How to Reproduce:

 create an IMAP account. Copy lots of messages (several hundred) into the INBOX. \
Configure KMail to use that account. After initial fetching the mail (which works \
fine), click on "Get New Messages" (or wait until the auto-timer does it), and the \
program will hang.

Not that this is on IMAP, not on POP (there is an old bug relating to the issue on a \
POP server, I am not sure if this is related, but in this setting, I used KMail only \
on IMAP, without any POP accounts configured).
