Summary: Kpackage requires root password, but no root account has
                    been enabled
           Product: kpackage
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
AssignedTo: toivo ucs uwa edu au
        ReportedBy: rausuar yahoo com

Version: 4.0.1 (KDE 4.0.1) (using 4.0.1 (KDE 4.0.1), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-10-generic

I am using KDE4 and the Kpackage, under Kubuntu Hardy Beta 5; I used to use KDE3 and \
there was no similar problem. Now, if i try to upgrade or download any package, to \
be more specific, if I enter to the Kpackage, it requires me root access. As I am \
only user in the computer, I am the administrator, I havent enabled the root user, \
and therefore, I dont have a root password. I cant access the package then.
