Could you just update your SVN and check whether the issue still happens (We changed \
a few things but I fear it's not the fix needed, yet).

If the bug still happens please apply the patch that I sent you by private email to \
your SVN (by copying it into the marble source dir and then doing "patch -p0 < \
debug.patch" there).

Then please build it again, start it and please send me the whole konsole output. \
This would help me to figure out the reason why the m_canvasimg pointer is going \
wild. We really need to fix this for 4.0  so it would be great if you could do this \
as soon as possible.
