ktorrent-2.2.2/plugins/scheduler/schedulerplugin.cpp line 53:

	const QString NAME = "Bandwith Scheduler";

change "Bandwith" to "Bandwidth"

Note that: ~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/plugins also contains the name as:

Bandwith Scheduler

So when you fix this bug, you must ensure that the new version correctly imports (by \
correcting) the plugins list from old versions, since apparently you are loading \
plugins by name.
