The crash occurs in the code block between lines 289 and 297 in \
khtml/misc/decoder.cpp (current 3.5 branch).

Printing out the values of various variables through kdDebug in there results in

khtml (encoding): m_codec->mibEnum() != 1000
khtml (encoding): i is 40
[while(i >= 0 starts)]
khtml (encoding): i is now 40
khtml (encoding): d[i] is '>'
KCrash: crashing... crashRecursionCounter = 2
KCrash: Application Name = konqueror path = <unknown> pid = 1074

At a first look, I don't see how it could crash there - if there was some problem \
with d[i], it would crash in the kdDebig statement printing it out...
