Nope,
as filed from Bug report menu of Kate it is for kate 2.5.7 with KDE 3.5.7 ; you \
symply try a job Find & Replace on a file ; at the end restart a job : the Find & \
Replace window will open again to select a Find text field and Replace text field ; \
my question was why the Find field has been randomly changed after the first job. \
