Daniel, I am reopening since:
1) what multiple selection has to do with auto-expanding, how can you use it when you \
have A to move to B and C to D, selecting A+C is any help here? 2) I assume you are \
talking about keyboard navigation but this wish is related to mouse D&D

So I of course agree that keyboard works but this report is about mouse usability -- \
when you have a longer bookmark list it is really hard to pin-point target because of \
constant movement of auto-expanding nodes. It is closer to playing a game, not work, \
usability here is poor. 

Why not improve that design?
