The PrintScreen Preset Action, in Regional -> Input Actions (not sure... non-English KDE here) effectively works as a shortcut and gave me a bit of headache when I was trying to find the key binding in the Keyboard Shortcuts module.

I suggest that the gesture be removed and an equivalent shortcut possibly added.
