I tried adding fitplot to the options, however it does not seem to resolve the issue, \
and i am priting with CUPS, on a HP LaserJet 5P.

I think its because the original PDF document has no margins, and so it fits the pdf \
to th e paper size, and not the pdf to the printable area of the page.
