I have this problem after changing locales from iso8859-2 to UTF-8 two days before. I'm using KDE-3.5.7 (gentoo). When I'am sending a multiline message, I see (and also the recipient does) only a single line in the upper window. My friend is using KDE-3.5.6 (kubuntu 7.04) with the same codepage and he has got the same problem, too.
