After the latest KDE upgrade, my regular selection "Hide automatically", \
"Immediately", and "Raise when the pointer touches the screen's Bottom Edge", results \
in a permanently hidden panel. I start kcontrol and unhide to get it back.

If I attempt to report the kicker bug within kcontrol, I end up with "I don't know \
anything about kcmkicker. Please submit the bug and select the package manually."
