Quick and dirty hack to add basic versioning to the editor

This is a quick hack to prevent the image editor from overwriting my precious
originals. 

It copies the original image to filename,N where N is an integer from 0 to 99.
The weird extension prevents digiKam from importing the file.

There's no option to restore a previous version, you'll have to do this
manually. Nor will this work for external editors.

Please note that I'm not a C++ coder so this patch is rubbish, I wish I could
have posted it anonymously. ;-)

I'm looking forward to the proper solution of this problem (I like the F-Spot
one).
