clicking on the second star once gives a rating of 2 stars
twice gives a rating of one and a half star

same for 3rd to 5th star 

However clicking on the first star once gives a rating of one star
twice removes rating.

Logicaly second click on first star should reduce rating to half star
Probably a 3rd click would then remove rating.
