It's also in KDE 3.5.5 (Gentoo) 

$  konqueror --version
Qt: 3.3.6
KDE: 3.5.5
Konqueror: 3.5.5

This happens for files and URL's too. But only once. 
If Konq is restarted, it's back. 

Couldn't connect DCOP signal.
Won't receive any status notifications!
