Summary: Issue Editing multiple items
Product: amarok
Version: 1.4.3
Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: amarok-bugs-dist kde org
ReportedBy: mez ubuntu com
Version: 1.4.3 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
When editing a Selection of Tracks to try to reset the score of them to 0, unless \
they all have the same score, it is impossible to set them to 0, without previously \
setting them to a different value
For some reason, the File information editor sets the score box to "" when you enter \
"0" This signals amarok to make no change to the different scores.
However, if they are all the same score, setting it to "" sets the scores to 0.
I presume this is the way that amarok handles multiple files - as it shows blank info \
for files that do not have the same information (so, for example, if you have 2 \
different artists selected, then it does not show information for the artist, and \
presumes if it is blank then there is no change to be made)
I hope this explains my issue, if not - contact me, and i'll provide a more detailed \
explanation (with screenshots) to explain the issue
