Fixed in SVN for KDE 4.0.  Selecting "Send Input to All Sessions" triggers the \
following confirmation dialog:

"Enabling this option will cause each key press to be sent to all running sessions.  \
Are you sure you want to continue?" [ Yes ] [ No ]
