Problem:
Upon awaking from a standby/sleep/suspend, KMail will no longer be able to read IMAP mail folders. The periodic checking and manual "Get Mail" button both fail, with the status bar on the bottom-right perpetually stuck.

Severity: Severe
1- Prevents users with laptops or power-saving-settings from using KMail
2- This is a silent failure the user isn't informed about; for all the user knows he/she just hasn't received any mail since his/her laptop woke up)
