           Summary: HTML parsing in away messages.
           Product: kopete
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kopete-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: sknauert wesleyan edu

Version: 0.11.3 (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
OS:                Linux

Kopete does not seem to interpret HTML tags in away messages, at least in the AIM \
plug-in. I know full HTML support would be a bit much (though not impossible but \
using a KHTML plug-in), but at least basic HTML 3.2 tags such as <br>, <i>, <b>, <a>, \
etc. as well as common ASCII characters such as &nbsp;, and $gt; should be supported \
as they are on the official client.
