Gee, I was puzzled for a second because it worked for me too ;-D

I missed this -- once you visited this site you know where to move your mouse right. \
Now, hit "reload" and while the page is loading (!) move the mouse to get this \
window-menus. Placement is obviously broken (and background). Move the mouse aside. \
Wait till page is loaded (not reload it again) and move the mouse over the links \
again. Still broken.

So, the point is when you move mouse for the first time -- while loading or when it \
is finished.
