I recently upgraded my SuSE 10.0 system to KDE 3.5.3.  Now, my screen saver never \
kicks-in.  It used to work fine.  I tried the trick above to "enable display power \
management" and "disable all the options", but it did not work even once for me.  I \
am running 2 monitors with xinerama.  The only way I can get the monitor to blank is \
to "enable display power management" and set the standby option to some time (10 \
minutes).  This actually blanks both of the monitors.  It puts screen 1 in standby \
and just blanks screen 2.  I don't like this because I have to wait for  screen 1 to \
warm up again when I want to see it.  Screen 2 displays immediately which is the way \
they both used to work with kscreensaver and without display power management.
