When I open Kcontrol->Desktop->Panels there nothing opens. It's clearer in the screenshots I added. Also, I tried kcmshell panel, and as before an empty window opens (the other png attachement). This is similar to http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=114990, but in my case I'm using KDE v3.5.2.

Any other info please contacte me..
