Summary: menu shortcut for Threading was stolen by Troubleshoot
                    IMAP Cache
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.9.1
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmail-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: benno nietvergeten nl

Version: 1.9.1 (using KDE 3.5.2, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.4.6 (Gentoo Hardened 3.4.6, ssp-3.4.5-1.0, \
                pie-8.7.9)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.16

In KMail 1.9 a new item appeared in the "Folder" menu: "Troubleshoot IMAP Cache". It \
was assigned "T" as its shortcut key -- but this key was previously used by \
"Threading".

The Threading item now became keyless -- which was annoying as I use to flip one of \
my folders back and forth between threading and no-threading. So I made the attached \
patch to adjust this. The new Troubleshooting shortcut key ("o") does not conflict \
with any of the existing ones.
