I have now rolled back to amarok-1.3.9-1.guru.suse100.i686.rpm and everything
works fine. Note that this is with the SAME taglib (taglib-1.4-1.guru.suse93).
FWIW, 1.4 crashes with this taglib, but 1.3.9 does not.
