But the + on my keyboard is produced by Shift+=, so I cannot type Ctrl++. (Using the + on the numeric pad when typing Ctrl++ strangely enough acts as if I typed Ctrl+Shift++, so no go there either.) Now it may be that most Kate users are Germans, :), but wouldn't Ctrl+= be a more appropriate default shortcut for "Expand One Local Level"?
