the MSNFTP protocol is an *OLD* protocol and *IS* implemented in kopete since 2002

Kopete by default use the new SLP protocol to send file over MSN, an option to use \
MSNFTP instead should be trivial to add. The implementation of the new SLP protocol \
is anyway partial, since it doesn't handle dirrect conexion yet Coding Slave was \
working on a full implementation, but we have no news from him
