sorry for using this bug to ask question, but at the same time my wish is still valid \
because I wish artsd could do it without jackd.

but anyway, I got artsd working with jackd as a arts-backend. so arts has access to \
my sound output fine through jackd. but krec won't record anything, neither as skype \
will pick up my microphone.

I tried using ardour a jackd/gtk program, not sure exactly how this works, but I \
could ear microphone input going through my speaker. but krec and skype. niet. \
nothing.

not sure what should I do ?
