KDED Media Manager, I think. Is there other possibility? (Sorry, but I'm not KDE \
expert). 

Playing with this issue, I found that almost always is the first opened session the \
owner of the device, be the console owner or not. If the active session (console \
owner) it is not the first opened session, this active session can not access to \
removable device.
