I get the same issue with KDE 3.5 from Debian and a ics https calendar.

I've this message in my .xsession-errors :
QMetaObject::findSignal:smoothblend::smoothblendClient: Conflict with KDecoration::keepBelowChanged(bool)
korganizer: WARNING: ResourceRemote::save(): upload still in progress.

IMO : The 3th line is the most important.
