-no-undefined, remove hard-coded .la reference

* -no-undefined 
* adding additional libraries to resolve missing symbols. 
* remove hard-coded reference to .la file

There's still something not quite right, because now that these contain no
unresolved symbols, the .la files shouldn't be needed.	Turns out that without
the .la files,
kmdr-plugins --add libkommanderwidgets
fails, but
kmdr-plugins --add libkommanderwidgets.so.0
works.
