Summary: Replace spinboxes with a more tablet-friendy widget
           Product: krita
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: boud valdyas org
        ReportedBy: willie froq net

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from: Compiled From Sources
OS: Linux

Spinboxes are not exactly great for tablet input, so a special replacement widget for \
tablet users would be extremely useful. There are several possible ways to control \
such a widget: drag left (or down)/ right (or up), tilt left/ right or draw a circle \
CCW/ CW to decrease/ increase. Tilt could be a problem, though, as only the Wacom \
Intuos series supports tilt AFAIK...? OTOH, tilt would be best, as it works perfectly \
for dragboxes near the screen/ tablet border, and allows for much more precise \
control (map increment/ decrement speed to the tilt angle)...
