This is a problem, but I figured "Oh well," and decided to setup some calendar events and use the "feature." However, the reminders don't work. I tried several test events and reminders to displa and to run a script and neither did anything. So looks like two problems: 1. Kontact runs the daemon no matter what. 2. Daemon doesn't work once started. Not sure what other info might be helpful. I am running SuSE 10. Thanks, Dave M
