Summary: long selected file names resize navigation window
           Product: kuickshow
           Version: 0.8.7
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: pfeiffer kde org
        ReportedBy: fabiencasters free fr

Version: 0.8.7 (using KDE KDE 3.4.2)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

KuickShow 0.8.7 / Kde 3.4.2 / Debian / linux

The minimum wide size of the navigation window depends on the length of the selected \
file name, what enlarges the window when switching selection to a huge file name. It \
is quite annoying, and is absolutely not necessary, as any name is fully readable \
using the scrolling bar.

It is quite disturbing when the window suddunly graws to 2 screens wide, and refuses \
do reduce! Down arrow: Now it accepts. Up arrow: resizes!

Someting has been done to stop resizing viewing window, is it possible to fix this?

Of course, it won't stop me using this great tool!
