actually, this has nothing to do with FTP... local project act the same... to see new \
files, you have to refresh the full project. I think refreshing a sub-folder would \
sometimes be handy (quicker)

but I'd also like to see a project type where files are not stored in the project. \
directory is just scanned and refresh live, just like any konqueror window.
