As an additional comment - I think it would be far better to have a consistant model \
in this GUI for entering record data. Why not simply remove the Records tab and add \
two new tabs, one for CNAME and one for A records? You have started that model with \
the NS and MX records, why switch to a different data entry model for the A and CNAME \
records (along with the aforemention confusion of MX and NS records)

GUI's need to be designed so as to guide the user towards the solutions he or she \
seeks, not just throw the set of possible options at him in  some unorganized fashion \
and hope that he or she has enough advance technical expertist and domain knowledge \
to second guess the GUI designers intent.
